Your satisfaction is our satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom clock or watch, please return within 30 days of the date of the invoice, stating the reason why you are unhappy with your custom clock or watch and your money will be refunded to you.

Stating the reason for your dissatisfaction will allow us to better serve our customers in the future.

Each clock is individually inspected and tested for workmanship before shipment.
